A great opportunity to catch up with old friends from across the district, and to make new ones. Meet other lions, share stories and experiences, and learn from each other.

Arrive a couple days early or stay a few days longer. There is a lot to see in Cowell and the surrounding area, so why not make it a holiday.

Registrations will open in 2024. Stay tuned for an announcement on the opening and closing dates.

Early bird registration is when you register to attend the convention by an early due date. 

Everyone!

Lions, Leos, partners, family and friends from across the 201 C1 district. Of course, Lions from other districts are welcome to register and attend, along with members of the public.

Yes. Registering as a delegate means you are able to vote on behalf of your club at the AGM. Registering for the convention, enables you to actually attend the convention’s various events, including the AGM itself.

There are several options for accommodation. From hotels and motels to caravan parks. 

Download and complete the registration form to complete. Once completed, email or post the form to the convention committee.

Absolutely. We welcome you to bring your children/grandchildren.

Cowell is a coastal town on Franklin Harbour on the eastern side of the Eyre Peninsula, in South Australia on the Lincoln Highway 111 km south of the major town of Whyalla. It is 493 km by road from Adelaide.

There is a lot to see and do in Cowell. From historical walks and museums, to the Lions Park and beaches. There is something for everyone. We recommend arriving a couple days early, or staying a few days after the convention, so you can explore the town and surrounding areas.

The 2024 Convention is being hosted by the Cowell Lions Club.
